David RobinsonDavid founded We Are What We Do and is now Chair of our Board. He lives and works in Newham where he set up Community Links, a groundbreaking inner city charity that delivers practical projects in East London, influences organisations across the UK and contributes to national government policy. If he were to begin again, David would find a circus that could use a magician with more enthusiasm than talent and a small time juggler who's a bit of a devil with the Devil Sticks. As it is they are half forgotten hobbies which get very little attention from a full time community worker and father of three. Read his full biography here. |

She is married, has an eight-year-old daughter called Cara, and a half-chihuahuan dog called Lisa. Eugenie is good at drinking white wine and bad at catching trains. Read her full biography here. |

Emma WhiteheadEmma is our Education Officer, working closely with Nicole. Emma has taught history in a Holland Park school and worked producing educational content for Channel 4 Learning. She makes a mean ginger cookie, even if the We Are What We Do logo engraved on top looks more like a wonky rainbow. |

Michael DaleyMike is our resident web expert. He created this lovely website and can usually be found shouting at Bulgarian programmers over Skype. He has worked for a number of different companies and charities and set up his own web development company in Sofia. Mike is American and is mocked for his love of emoticons and loved for his love of hugs. He makes a strange cup of tea. |
